DOCUMENTARY/NON-PROFIT

Documentaries, when told effectively, can be windows into the soul. David A. Vargas, founder of Penilican Pictures, and his sister Roxanne Vargas, journalist for NBC, pride themselves in finding organic communication

with the people they interview. As mentioned on our HOME page, anyone can point and shoot a camera, but not everyone can tell a story. It takes the ability to find and adapt to authentic human connection mentally, artistically and on the spot to extract real truth. That is what you will find when working with us.
